We are selective breeders of fine functional hounds. Our website will introduce you to the Rhodesian Ridgeback, a remarkable breed of hound. We hope you will enjoy learning about Rhodesians and we will illustrate your journey with the many activities of our own dogs and those of our friends and fellow breeders.
At Old Ranch Rhodesians we are selective breeders. This means:
- We only breed our dogs if a clear opportunity presents itself to improve the quality of our bloodlines and make a contribution to the improvement of the breed as a whole.
- We do not breed our dogs often.
- We are meticulous about matching puppies to people: if you are not comfortable with our guidance here, it's unlikely we're the right kennel for you.
However, if you are serious about acquiring a dog from us - please get in touch! We are always keen to open a dialogue with prospective owners of Rhodesians and will happily answer all of your questions to the best of our ability.
Finally, you are always welcome to visit our kennel, meet our dogs and see for yourself their lives and the lives we lead with them.
